Before we dive in, a quick and honest confession: I’m a bit of a nerd. The kind who loves to read, research, attend webinars, and go down curious rabbit holes simply because learning lights me up. And when I do learn something that feels meaningful, I can’t help but share it. While I do specialize in relationships, who’s to say our relationship with our own health doesn’t deserve the same level of attention from time to time? Especially since I practice energy healing modalities and gently weave them into my coaching work.

That said, an important disclaimer: I am not a medical professional, nor am I licensed to give medical advice. What I share here is based on my studies, research, books I’ve read, webinars I’ve attended, and knowledge gained from professionals and experts in the fields of medicine, alternative medicine, and holistic healing.

Your heart is at the center of your well-being, and nurturing it through alternative health modalities can provide substantial benefits. Stress reduction, inflammation management, and maintaining a healthy blood pressure are vital components of heart health, which many alternative therapies can address effectively.
